Sectional overhead doors are the standard for shipping and receiving bays: insulated panels on a track system built for high-lift or standard-lift clearance. We replace damaged panels without replacing the whole door, service the track, and correct the spring balance that keeps a heavy sectional door from free-falling.

## What we do on a sectional door

Single-panel replacement is the most common job. A forklift or trailer clips the bottom section, and the rest of the door is fine. We source the matching panel, replace it, and re-check the balance so the operator isn’t carrying weight it wasn’t set up for. We also service high-lift, vertical-lift and standard-lift track, replace rollers and hinges, reset spring tension, and repair or replace the operators, photo eyes and safety edges.

For new bays and replacements we install insulated sectional doors sized to the opening and the clearance available above it, with the operator and safety devices set up and tested before we leave.

## Signs a sectional door needs service

- One or more panels cracked, dented, or delaminating
- Door is noticeably heavier or lighter to lift than it used to be
- Rollers grinding, hinges loose, or track visibly bent
- Weatherstripping gapping at the panel seams or the floor
- Operator strains, reverses unexpectedly, or stops partway
- Cables fraying at the drum or sitting loose on one side

## What a visit looks like

1. **Call with the door size and panel damage**: A photo of the damaged section helps us bring the right panel or confirm it needs ordering.
2. **Balance and safety check**: Every sectional repair includes a manual balance test at mid-travel and a check of the safety-reverse function.
3. **Repair or replacement**: Panel swap, roller and hinge replacement, track straightening, spring reset. Most repairs finish in one visit.
