The shop is at 6 Chestnut Dr in Grimsby, roughly halfway between Hamilton and St. Catharines on the QEW. Westbound calls go up the QEW through Stoney Creek into Hamilton, then over the Skyway to Burlington and Oakville, or up the 403 and 407 to Milton. Eastbound calls run down the QEW to St. Catharines and the Niagara Region, including the Welland Canal industrial lands and the border crossings at Niagara Falls and Fort Erie. Same-day response is the standard across that corridor: blocked bays and doors stuck open are dispatched first, and planned-maintenance customers get priority when the day is full.

Those are scheduled rather than same-day, and they are grouped so a visit is worth the drive for both sides: an installation, a maintenance route across a portfolio, or contract service for a property manager with buildings in more than one city.
