Commercial garage door services: rolling steel, sectional and dock equipment

Every door type gets one crew, one visit, and one point of contact, from the curtain to the leveller it rolls up to. Each service below has its own page with what we do, the warning signs, and what a visit looks like.

How a commercial service call works

You call the service line and describe the door: type, what it is doing, and whether the bay is blocked. Blocked bays and doors stuck open are dispatched first. A technician arrives with the common wear parts for rolling steel and sectional doors on the truck, so most repairs are finished in one visit.

New doors are installed as well as repaired: we are an authorized dealer for Amarr, Wayne Dalton, Garaga, C.H.I. and Clopay doors and for Chamberlain and LiftMaster operators, so a replacement is sized to the opening and the duty cycle, with the operator and safety devices commissioned before we leave.

Safety devices are checked on every call against the industry guidance in DASMA Technical Data Sheet 368, Edge Sensors. Every visit ends with a written note of what was found, what was done, and what to watch. If the same door keeps failing, we say so and quote the fix that stops the cycle, whether that is a high-cycle spring conversion or a maintenance program.

Built for how commercial buyers actually work

One contact

One number and one crew for every door and every piece of dock equipment on the property, across one building or several sites.

Paper trail

A written record after every visit: what was found, what was done, what to watch. On a maintenance program it becomes a per-door service log you can hand to an owner, an insurer or an auditor.

Quote first

The technician diagnoses, then quotes, and nothing beyond the diagnosis starts until it is approved. Emergencies get the bay secured first and the paperwork the same day.
